This is something that is an ongoing process and can't be taught in a single product of guide.

One for $13K (1k sqft), and the other ongoing for $55K+ (2k sqft).

I don't take much stock in floor warranties but I do keep a receipt and copy of the warranty for each unit.I still prefer tile in a bath but the last unit had a half bath off the kitchen and I ran it (vinyl) in there also.

I ran a few campaigns back in the day for a merchant service company.

I guess the next question would be, how long should I continue looking/waiting for that multifamily opportunity before deciding on going with a SF?

THEN once the up front stuff is done, you can budget 5% per year for ongoing (5% of gross income).

Just a small area and never made since why it was industrial to myself.I will plan on going down to city hall and finding out what the requirements will be for demo'ing the house.

I'll make 10 or 15K on a house all day long.At the end of the day, I have to know that I made ethical choices on how I ran my business that day.That's just my personal feeling.
