Business cards, domain name, company logo, company name, entity type, perfect contract, perfect mailing piece, investor discount - all pretend obstacles new investors tell themselves are necessary tasks to be accomplished before doing what actually makes money - making offers.

It is predominately about the numbers as opposed to your typical mortgage where they ask for any and every piece of personal information.  

Currently I am sending about 3500 pieces of mail (Yellowletters) to absentee owners, I hit mail the same list about 5 times every 6 weeks.

Keep in mind Google's algorithm is never completely revealed.The only piece that you need to hire out, if you are not tech savy, is building the site.  

Do not get fooled.Sharpen your insight to see things that are more difficult to detect.And finally, beware of wrongful blamers and false accusers.Thanks for hearing my piece.

The only thing I would add is remember that direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

It is waterproof and very heavy duty feeling if a piece gets messed up you can just pull it and put down a new one.

The 20 minutes away is a piece of cake to operate from my cell phone.
