Once you know all of those figures, you can reverse engineer the deal to see if the numbers make sense.  

The deed of trust gives the lender a security interest in the property.So, saying you're "now interested in a deed of trust" doesn't really make any sense. 

Which makes sense if you have three large apartment complexes, because they each represent a large sum of equity and risk exposure.Be sure you run a responsible business, maintain your properties well and make sure they are code compliant, get good insurance and an umbrella policy on top.

If not you should be able to see where the main drain line exits the house so you can at least get a sense of which direction the tank should be.

I found a lender who upfront wants to provide me a conventional loan and has no issue if I transfer the title to my LLC after closing.My goal is monthly cash flow so the conventional loan makes the most sense.

Really... this makes absolutely no sense.. at all!

The blog post on "shopping for a deal" makes excellent sense -- the more you are familiar with streets and neighborhoods, and how much properties have sold for, the better position you'll be in to grab the right deal when it comes along, without agonizing or delay.

I sense they will want to regulate it lightly and tax it appropriately.
