But private and hard money lenders need to depend on their attorneys to help them navigate the requirements, so attorneys who represent lots of hard money lenders are very knowledgeable about the nuances of the laws, and have usually had multiple conversations with the banking commission in the state.  2. 

It is more expensive, but the process overall--once you learn to navigate it--is simpler.I agree with @Sanat Bhandari!
