I know the seller and bankruptcy parties are very anxious to get this property sold and they do currently have another offer on the table.

I have several notifications this morning from monitored topics.

Buildings have a way of waking up one morning and saying "hmmm, I think I want to spend $5,000 today".

Our mornings start together when we get up at 5AM to work out in our gym at home.On weekends she comes along and we work together on the homes and sometimes we bring our spoiled dog too.

There are properties out there going for more than they should because investors are getting anxious. Ive

Well, I should've known there was a problem given they were so anxious to move in without a lease or anything so they wanted me to let them move in on this Monday when we discussed that their move in date was sept 3.

My husband and I love the property but I don't want to show I'm over anxious for it.
