You go do what you like though with your tiny little portfolio of ghetto houses...you're the one on a power trip telling ME how to run MY business...And they complained the first tour I did as well...they just don't want people in there, but guess what, that's the terms you agreed to in your lease, the law allows it and if you don't like it, go buy a house...otherwise that's the price you pay for being a renter.I can't believe the left coast mentality from these 2.

So far, everyone of those items makes it rent faster rent, makes the tenants appreciate the nice home, attracts higher quality people for those neighborhoods (nicest house on the block mentality), and all those things help to deter maintenance (unlike fixing linoleum and cleaning carpet). i think that's why I don't have much trouble renting out my units very quickly.Seriously, those little details make the house look brand new (sparkling shiny new appliances, esp).

I’d also add that if tenant is a mental ward or prison they agree to vacate the property Add they will agree to always maintain all utilities in the rental Add in that you will post quit or pay after 5 days and eviction will post at 15 days or whatever your laws are
