After really sitting down and listening to what the book had to say it showed me this was something I was really interested in.

I listened to podcast episode 508 with Carrot.com founder Trevor Mauch and 510 with Sam Carpenter about systems.

However I’m starting to see multi families listened under my expected ARV  Granted most have bad tenants and or aren’t finished .

The podcasts are great, I listen to them all the time.

@Jacob Claxton I’m a property manager and I’ve listened to The Time Wealthy Investor by Mark Dolfini several times and always come away with some great nuggets about how to streamline and systemize the business.

I have done a lot of homework, listened to a ton of podcasts and even got my real estate license.

I have been interested in real estate since college and have done a lot of research between watching Youtube videos, listening to podcasts like Bigger Pockets, and practicing real estate sales as an agent.

With the internet and sites that give you access to the MLS I don’t think everyone needs a real estate license but sitting through the licensure classes and other real estate classes and listening to stories from professionals in the trenches really gave me a handle and insight and strategy into the art, game, and business of real estate and I think even if people don’t sit for the test if there’s a good anecdotal instructor that doesn’t just read hours of material in the licensing course everyone could benefit from it.

I started listening to the BP podcast a couple months ago and decided to jump on the website to start to network with others.
