For those that do have this knowledge, NPNs can still be difficult to create a windfall for yourself, even with a background of getting these properties to perform.I'm an expert on performing notes and not NPNs, so I'll let someone else lead the discussion on the ins-and-outs of that business model.Thanks!

This doesn't happen overnight, and when you attend a networking event, I find it almost incredulous that many feel that the first time you meet someone that person is going to tell you all their secrets, give you leads, referrals, etc.
