There's no one solution for everyone so it's great that you investigated, researched and found what was best for you.

Thanks to my real estate agent that did some investigation for me I found out that South Jordan does have a provision for renting out single family homes.

I would spend the time investigating for more termites and seeing if there is anything I could do to prevent future termite damage (maybe tenting would, but I wouldn't think so).

Investigate further at least,,, and replace whole panel if necessary.
