If you have a family member in another state, this could work.However, BRRRRs and rentals may be considered different, because where you invest when you hold onto a property is one of the biggest decision you can make.

How do the appreciation rates on these two properties compare to alternative investments?

I'm looking to invest in Rosarito, Baja California Mexico.

I think it would be great for a multi family building with 10 units or more and they don't believe it would be a good investment because you don't see vending machines in apartments, even with 50 units.
