Just record a screencast with detailed instructions of what needs to be done, and share the Evernote notebook with them so they can add to it.Here's a screenshot from when I've done this in the past.

So, if LU were to charge $20K for coaching and someone asked for a refund, it would be reasonable (in my opinion) to deduct an amount equivalent to a reasonable hourly rate for any actual instruction received from the refund.

NONE of the next day back to back flips ever went south and we made lots of money on them virtually risk free because the instructions to the escrow were always, lender funds not to be released until buyer funds received in escrow.

I'll follow the instructions to the "T" although they are somewhat cryptic and hard to understand. 

I found GA REIA had more training with expert instructors and face to face time with other beginners through experts.I've spent thousands on training weekends and materials as well as 1/4 of my weekends used to be spent in some local or distant training course...

Others are infinitely more comfortable with an instructor walking them through it.
