Mark just make sure whoever you get that they are familiar with investors and what they want to do versus a home owner inspector that might look at things and say the buyer can do that later etc.The flip investor needs to do it all now to resale.

I think having double tie downs on the roof trusses versus single or none can make a difference in your rate....and so the roof doesn't fly off in a hurricane.
