I would imagine it wouldn't be that expensive.

Do so even if you intend to self-manage because your time is valuable and you may eventually want to remove yourself from the system and hire outside management.I imagine many sellers intentionally understate or omit certain expenses on their pro formas because it makes the paper returns look better.

They supply you with all of the education you could possibly imagine, and every agent that I meet is always willing to help out.

I cant imagine that many contractors would be willing to do this that often if I am looking at at large number of properties.

I can't imagine that they wouldn't insure my properties if they are in an entity.
