Howdy,I'm looking to try house hacking in Austin, thinking it'd be best to get a 400kish 4 bed 2+ bath in a SFH with a FHA (3.5% down) and was wondering what are the going rates for renting a room in Austin and any tips or tricks that help with the process and if it gets a lot harder after moving out of the house (plan on living 2-3 years in it ideally).

Ich habe diese unter google.de und yahoo.de gefunden.Vermieterverein ist kein REI Club, diese Leute haben nur zuviel Geld auf dem Konto, sie brauchen "Hausverwalter" die sich um ihre Investitionen kümmern.Ja REI ist nicht populär in Deutschland, dem stimme ich zu.Für Investments ist der US Markt geradezu ideal derzeit, geradezu unschlagbar, gute Renditen von über 10% sind möglich.

Colorado (Denver specifically) is super hot and expensive right now...it might not be ideal for getting started.But I would still recommend trying it first in NJ (using HELOC funding) before you go all out and sell and move.
