Personally, I am not a big fan of the personal photo because it gives people a chance to exclude you based on color, looks, perceived race and attitude, etc.

The gurus will tell you to employ X strategy or do this and that or repeat the magic words 3 times, whIle turning around counterclockwise...horse hockey!

THAT is when companies should strive to offer good customer support.My clients were getting no leads and they were forced to KEEP paying them every month.If you come at me with the excuse "ohh we already set up the account".. that already is horse crap because  they just copy the provide over and make some tweaks here and there.. but what is the reason that they had to keep on paying month after month when they simply are not performing any results??
