My suggestion would be to design everything in an Excel spreadsheet, call it software, and sell it with instructions on how to fill it out.

Depending on local law, the LL might be represented by an attorney, or not, but either way the proceedings are much more informal and essentially you each make your statement and provide your evidence to the Judge, and the Judge may ask questions or give instructions.

They were instructed to file title liens and UCC filings and the debt was determined later to be valid as such filings were an oversight.In this case, the parents will need to show the money given and the purpose, if close to the time of paying tuition or housing expenses, etc. and not at Christmas, I would assume such amounts were valid.Wow, this was long, sorry, but it goes both ways.
