I recently finished Brandon Turner's book Rental Property Investing and I am eager to get started on building my real estate portfolio.I have set a goal of obtaining a multifamily property to house hack in Queens/Brooklyn by July of 2022.

How do I go about marketing to people that are looking to House Hack? 

I am a pilot with the ability to live anywhere and plan to house hack every year for the foreseeable future.

If I were you, I would find residential multifamily in the current market, purchase a VA, and house hack it.
