Hi @Emily Wilson, this may be a glitch that appeared a few days ago, which would explain the odd resurrection of many threads recenty.One thing to make sure of, if there are enough responses to need multiple pages, you'll be on the 1st page by default and that may be related to why you aren't seeing current posts.

I actually explain this to my tenants three different times at the beginning of a tenancy...verbally, in their welcome letter, and it's also written into the lease that they sign.

You would be better off paying tenant B and making A and C stay - although I don't recommend cash for keys.Maybe you should call tenant B's parents and explain that police will need to be involved if tenant B is unable to find a new home.
