I have limited space to grow at my current location so I would like little bigger space (3000 sq ft ) foe me as well as 3000 sq ft space to rent someone. 

Of course, the area also has to be a growing population and major city. 

I'm excited to continue growing my real estate knowledge and portfolio. 

Just because you will not rent to them does not mean that they will not ever find a place to live.

The draw back to these loans is that they are more paperwork heavy than the other "portfolio" types of loans...they have more rules...but if you have ever received a loan on your primary home, it's likely that you will go through the same type of paperwork here with conventional lending.

It was possible for a resident to view a property, be approved, sign a lease, and move-in without ever talking to or meeting a human affiliated with the owner or property manager.

Does anyone know of a good upcoming  growing market in Lancaster county area PA?
