Needless to say, the chances of a buyers market are increasing with every passing day.

Or, could this been seen as a great chance to buy property below market value? 

There are certainly areas of Baltimore city that have the chance to cash flow more. 

Also, you run the chance that they may not bring it up again.

That is a very small part of the roughly 7 billion plus population worldwide.In real estate cycles when you have upward trends some consumers might be focused on taking chances to save some costs.

Do you think the Coronavirus slowdown will be the catalyst for a correction in these areas, or is there a chance that things will bounce back over the next 6-12 months but put markets back in a position where they may be overvalued and another correction is imminent? 

Chances are if they dont have the credit to qualify under stricter credit score requirements today...they probably dont have 25% down.

All that said, anyone, please chime in if the "plus one" doesn't apply or, if by any chance, I am  still too high or too low with these occupant numbers.
