Most top producer are quite busy and frankly don't have the time or inkling to do this.But if you get a license and get on a top producers team you will learn the industry.. or go to work for a commercial brokerage that specializes in multi and income properties if that's what you want.. you usually start by being a leasing agent making commissions doing that then work your way up... 20 years in the Commerical field can lead to one Hell of a nice lifestyle and income levels.
