Two loads to the dump got rid of the rest.This week we spend a few days shopping for the best deal on flooring, vanities, paint, lights, interior doors, appliances, and miscellaneous supplies for our contractor.  

the point is .. if my stay is not up to standards I simply tell the front desk i am not happy and i dont pay for the room.. happens a few times a year...

No matter what, I think I would install another bathroom (1/2 or full), windows, flooring, lighting etc... and/or possibly replace the sold garage door with a glass one.
