Good Afternoon, We might have found a deal, but we are debating whether the Rehab might be too much.

I have a self storage owner come to me with an off market deal for his 84 unit business with room to expand.

No experience with short term rentals or dealing with tourists.

When you move out of your duplex it looks like a homerun of a deal.

The top notch call center like Lamassu charge $8-20K a month, but typically work with shops doing 10+ deals a month.

I'd do it all day - show people how to find potential deals, they vet the deal and then I take over.

I can potentially raise some additional funds from family and friends, but I want to get my 1st deal with the $20k.

But it may save some time and energy to deal with SFH maintenance? 

I'm currently in the market for partners/investors for deals I have in the pipeline.  

Hello I dont know how to do all the rennovations I see my brothier doing at his rental project, I just feel like at a base leval I dont know anything no matter the history and work, how am I going to buy my first deal when I dont know ****  pleas help me dial it out of this hell  refering to the rehab skills mainlyhow to deduct all deffered maintances and otherwise I make 1k a mouth but what happens when a major rennovation takes place
