Only so much I can tell from the pictures, but $20k doesn't get you very far.  

I know this forum is mostly filled with REI enthusiast but I wanted to find a realistic picture of REI for the average person in an average market who will not be fixing up any houses. 

Long story short, when I came to know the whole picture, I wasn’t comfortable renewing the lease in my llc name next month.

So this is not my kind of Hotel to stay at, but when I seen it I immediately thought this is the kind of Hotel I would go to have an upscale business breakfast (and less often an upscale business lunch) during the week.Show up, park, go inside sit in a nice lobby, a waitress offers me a free coffee in a cup and saucer, while I and other businessmen (so few ladies seem to do this) sit and wait for the Restaurant to open at 7am or whenever.This works if the Clientele of the Hotel matches the intended restaurant customer. 

We ship out these machines to our customers via LTL trucking (most of them are 3/4 to 1 ton pick up trucks with 35-foot gooseneck trailers). 

He also said that the floor joists are supported by a temporary support (see pictures).

I'm sure there are additional facets needed to give a complete picture, however...Who would I talk to to see if it make sense financially and they also understand REI ?

I don't know any successful property management companies that provide ala carte services or that customize their fees for each owner.
