It appears that while a unique number NNNNN may be assigned to each MLS server, a prefix XY is applied so that  AB12345 will be different from MN12345

There appears to be a couple of tenants who are late, one who is VERY late, making payments and they will need to be evicted.

It appears other people are able to bid more and make the numbers work.
