Personally, I think I would rent it out and perhaps try to do a "lease option" to get a little more rent and transfer the maintenance concerns over to the tenant.

I plan on holding on to them, however I am concerned that any downward movement in the RE market would limit people's ability to sell and thereby increasing the amount of available rental properties.

Everyone was jumping on the lending band wagon back in 2004-2006.Should there be any concern about the rate of lending skyrocketing again?
