We have steady growth and low unemployment, and more than 5000+ jobs will be created over the next 3 years in the Amarillo area across all sectors including highly skilled and service-level jobs.  

Love to hear other folks positive experiences with platforms other than Airbnb/VRBO but with 6 properties and a day job its not looking like they're worth my time. 

However, my client is one that does one heck of a job in his market and is a one of my top producers so I look at this from that angle he needs the US income so he can build his resort or resorts on those islands. he has a play on the Islands I can't really go into on open forum but it seems pretty unique but nothing like I said I have an interest in personally at our age. maybe if we were still 30 YO and immortal I would have  a different perspective on it all.

Second issue is that “wholesaling” as the term is used now is NOT investing; at the low level operation it’s a JOB as an unlicensed real estate broker; at the high level it running a FULL BUSINESS operation.

Theres definitely some differentiation in the industry (outside of conventional), but a lot of the true product is definitely "the same" so service is really really key for brokers, so a poor experience should equal replaceable in my mind I am Seeking a DSCR loan (non conventional) I would then definitely look around for an alternative, I know for certain there are DSCR Lenders very responsive and could do a much better job
