There are a few very specific lenders that will lend on this, and I believe they will require much more than 20% down.The expert on this is @Chris Mason.

You need to become the expert on what the other homes around are selling for, as well as what types of cars the neighbors drive.

If one were to team up with a CPA, an Insurance expert, an attorney, a stock broker and a credit counselor, you could be the real estate "expert" in your community.

Many of the big box companies hire anyone, put them through a few weeks of training and boom, they're certified to file your taxes.

Often experienced people/experts try to warn them even...saying they have done the research and stay away from this or that....and they continue to bid.
