If these major systems can last another 5 years without causing any issues (or at least major issues) then you can plan and budget for them (would be about 300$ a month).

You can get a fixer for cheaper but once you start having major systems get run down it can ruin your cash flow.

For example in Indiana we have mycase.in.gov. depending on where the history of the person was... is the state of public court system you need to search.
