I left the voice mail and she never ever response my call.Finally, my father drove 8 hrs to there to check if she is ok or not on 8/30/16.He went to management office first then went to condo.He heard there were someone talking inside the condo, so he knocked the door and my tenant  opened the door.My father felt better because she is ok.We ask her why she didn't response us, she didn't answered.We ask her to pay the August rent because if she didn't pay on 8/30/16, she will get late charge for $100.We know her health is not good so we asked her if she has personal check.She said that she didn't have personal check.She would go to bank next day and give me a call after she finished doctor appointment (8/31/16)My father was worry about her and asked her if she needed a ride to hospital.She said her daughter would take her to the hospital.She still not call me and response all my calls.Can I evict her out?

I have just scheduled an appointment with my attorney but have not yet get to talk to him, but I'm curious what landlords do in this situation. 

Everyday I give myself a task, I call FSBOs, door knock on my lunch break, and today true story I have a listing appointment schedule for this Thursday.

Just started my lead gen processes and I have tried  vacanthousedatefees.com and have had one appointment and a few interested in selling, no extremely motivated sellers as of yet.

Also make sure they are able and professional enough to handle coordinating appointments with tenant directly so you aren't constantly playing appointment setter.

And, even then, try getting a counseling appointment if you're not willing to pay for it.Or at least, if your definition of "relationship" business equals charity, then why charge rent at all?

Perhaps a visit to the water company together for a scheduled appointment with a supervisor is best, but don't know if this is feasible with the coronvirus threat these days.Whatever balance is outstanding after all these efforts I would probably propose to the tenant to split it after pointing out the clause in your lease.

Apps can't smell smoke on an applicant who also brings a bunch of rude friends with a pit bull in the back seat of the filthy car they drove up in, who was also late to the appointment and you got to admit he's been sleeping on his aunt's couch for the last year after getting out of prison - because you got him comfortable after chatting him up.
