Please advise BP!!

Anyone know of a RE attorney in nova that could help with advising regarding asset protection and structuring private money deals?

Please advise on how to handle renter not paying the power bill, and not paying rent either.

This town changes street by street so having an advocate that really knows the city is advisable.

Our biggest challenge to that right now is covid-19 obviously, we still can’t meet with clients as agents yet and it is not really advisable to get together in groups.

I've decided I'm going to get into investing in single family and small multi unit properties with a goal to be job optional by 45 (I'm currently 29).So with that being said how would people advise I start.

Any advise, I would really hate to work for someone else the rest of my life

Perhaps there is a flipper in the area that would advise you, or help you make connections or maybe just helps you see a solution you wouldn't have seen yourself....and bring them in on equity in the deal so they have skin in the game.Good Luck!

I would not advise trying to flip out of your area until you have serious experience but since you have family in the area that hopefully you can trust you may be ok assuming your cousin knows what he or she is doing.
