MLO and Real Estate License

I have had an MLO license for a few years now and I have been thinking about getting my real estate license.

I would like to set up a small shop my goal is to originate my real estate buyers? I know there is regulations in regards to being dual licensed especially when it comes to FHA.

Any advise, I would really hate to work for someone else the rest of my life
