Hello BP Fam,I have seen the name advertised on BP podcasts time and time again, though am uncertain as to what it really is.

I have been receiving advertisments from lenders offering hard money, almost no qualifying, investment partners.

Many of the flippers/wholesalers don't get properties off the MLS so they aren't looking very carefully, they are busy with direct mail and other advertising to buy houses the cheapest.

I recently just put up nearly 30 bandit sign in one city and still haven't received one call yet, so that is kind of discouraging, especially since I invested a good chunk of money on advertisement. 

I advertise it as an extra bedroom and charge an extra $150 than the unit below.

All of them together left me a bit dizzy.Note - I am not this realtor, this is not my listing and this is not an advertisement to buy this house.

I understand that those who can spend 10-20k per month on advertising have to buy at those % to make sense.  

I'll be honest, since I was focusing on the fixer upper, I did not put much effort into getting the others rented.But the past couple of weeks I've really started advertising and following up with inquiries. 

I was looking at some banks tonight to open an new business checking account, and found one bank advertising the ability to incorporate & link your viewpost.com to your bank account.
