Seeing that your profession is titled as a "lender" I am not sure if you meant you were going to work for a bank or meant you wanted to get a real estate license here.

Not sure specifically what they classify as cloth wiring, my realtor has done the majority of Communication to the insurance.

I was going to say this is too simple and Tatiana never takes the easy way out... shoot I guess we'd have to figure out what the guidelines are on performing a shortplat, do you just need equitable title or legal title to perform it. 

I have insurance and require my tenants to have renters insurance.

Then...you become a broker and are responsible for license and insurance fees.  

But how does title and escrow work in the whole process.
