Hello BP community, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Manny V. I'm new to REI. Based out of Brooklyn, NY. For months now I've been reading everything I can get in front of me on RE wholesaling. I've listened to Podcast show one after the other. I'm very excited to begin this new chapter of my career. I currently work for a major insurance company. I'm interested in learning as much as possible from the combined experienced of the folks here in the BP forums. Speciality the NY based investors. Don't have much of a buyers list yet. Just started doing marketing in my area (bandit signs, Internet adds). I'm scheduled to attend my first REIA meeting in a couple of days (very excited about that). Any knowledge that you guys can bestow upon me will be appreciated. Thanks.
