Oh mother nature!

There were several instances of homes with CSST piping being struck by lighting and the CSST piping contributing to a house burning down. 

Hi everyone,My rental property is a SFH (class A) in a great neighborhood and in the coastal region of the Bay Area known for outdoor spaces, nature and great quality of life.

We did find that in the lease, the seller promised several repairs to the tenant including a new appliance, door, and lighting fixtures.

Personal growing should not be an issue, a room full of lights and fans could be one.

The garage is enclosed and basically a bedroom, there is HVAC lighting closet , separate door etc, but no window.

First floor features living room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room, kitchen with granite countertops, SS appliances, full bath with beautifully tiled shower, hardwood flooring and recessed lighting.

New siding, new floors, a busted pipe, water damage and insurance, fresh paint, landscaping, light fixtures, blinds... you name it, it's been done.

I talked with my mortgage broker, and he was hesitant to give me the green light due to the costs/fees associated with this plan.
