Because of the way we structured our loan (15 year) we pay down a TON in principal annually ($11k+) and capture decent cash ($4.5k) but when compared to the equity it’s a super small return which is why we’re considering selling or refinancing the $115k balance to get our payments lower so we cashflow more TODAY.

If you do not refinance, do you take on massive amount of debt and just collect the small difference between your investment property expenses and income until you fully pay off the loan?
