Maybe 25% of the usual inquiry amount and I usually hold open houses, but can't do that now, so I don't know how it would have compared.I've had no problem with my usual contractors coming in to work solo to clean the carpets or get the hot water heater replace.For rent day, it was all the same.

This is not the time to rely on handshake agreements with so much change in the air.

The Grand Rapids market tends to continue to be hot.

This was suppose to be a way to find the hot markets/zip codes, while also building cash buyer list.

If the vacation marketing is hot, I can rent it and maximize my return.

If things get a little hot for them, they may leave town suddenly.
