I would suggest doing a joint venture with people like Chris Seveney or Chad Urbshott and get your money working for you.

Is their anybody whose serious in this business looking to give me any advice or maybe joint venture on a property just to get my feet wet in the game? 

You can sell this deal to someone and either get paid upfront or get a piece of the deal.2.You can partner with someone and do a joint venture.3 You can just do a syndication yourself and have a management company run the show .

I don't have a schedule C, I have a schedule F, filed with our joint return, and it has one number for "net farm profit".So I am still confused about my what number to start with when doing the calculation for my wife and I. 

But I do think that showers that rely on a shower curtain to keep water in can have more maintenance in the long run as people drip water all over the floors  and the joint where the shower pan meets the floor can be susceptible to rot over many years of use. 

I’m not going to exaggerate and say I save every penny but I don’t spend money on anything that isn’t necessary to keep me working, keep me healthy or improve my education.
