You can sell this deal to someone and either get paid upfront or get a piece of the deal.2.You can partner with someone and do a joint venture.3 You can just do a syndication yourself and have a management company run the show .

But I do think that showers that rely on a shower curtain to keep water in can have more maintenance in the long run as people drip water all over the floors  and the joint where the shower pan meets the floor can be susceptible to rot over many years of use.
