I am starting to get traction and thank God it led me to three more deals.

Thank God ended contract with them since I felt trapped.

*sarcasm* If I can turn the clock back to the hearty age of 2, by god there'd be no better age to get started in real-estate.

“Unfortunately this set us back some, but I thank God that we prevailed and we can move on with our purpose in protecting children and expectant mothers.”

Thank God I found two agents who don’t have their head in the clouds.Agent’s these days do a fraction of the work that their predecessors did.

I figured out it was not so simple and who you know was very important and at that time I did not have that so I ended not doing real estate and got into construction management and, thank God my father got me that interview and I must have given them desire and I worked their for 7 years and enjoyed the hell of it.  

I wonder how much that might change depending if, god forbid, one of those crazies is elected president  

Then right out of college you'll have to pray to God that there is actually a job, in your field of education, available- which is its own battle.

Lastly, but most importantly, unplug more, spend time with my family, further the relationship with my wife and God!
