Hello,I have been watching Grant Cardone videos for a while and he keeps bringing up the topic of investing with no money down.

Granted we are talking about the last 5 years which had unprecedented appreciation.

I'll make roughly $70k each of the next two seasons and I have just under $10k saved up.I've done some (although I still feel very limited with my knowledge) research about FHA loans and ideally would be able to use some of the grants that seem to be available for down payment assistance.

Granted, I will still be available for ongoing consultation and advisement.

@Grant Schroeder w/ academy is a great lender and has a product I just used in Idaho that can be 10% on investment.
