Can anyone provide insight on the average cost of insurance for Airbnbs with pools in the Boston area?

I was wondering if there is any fellow investors here that are finding success in 2024 and able to make a deal work for 3/2 SFH’s in Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg areas?
