The move in date is December 7th and is a month to month lease at $650/month (not including 50-70 a month for utilities).

We do move at a fast pace and understand that not every investor can match that.

I don't know about Texas, but you might be able to charge a non-refundable deposit to hold it that then becomes their security deposit when they move in.
