Do you really want properties or CFDs worth 20-30k in class D neighborhoods in your so called “Passive” portfolio????

There are some areas around Huntsville but I do not which areas are C/D areas and which areas you should not invest in.  

I can get better if I buy in a D/C class neighborhood but I am really looking for more of a passive investment with better income tenants.

I'm not seeing many wholesalers put out much B class stuff (lots of D class), but when they do, it's still hard to get a good rent to investment ratio.

Not sure where Joshua D lives but I can tell you he is wrong.

Of the 10 that went into the sale I decided not to bid on any of them.  3 received no bids, 6 received bids for the taxes only, .and one received a bid for $75 more than the taxes.There are people who d very well with properties like this.
