I am staring to on board my company to the platform this week.   

On initial contact I denied him because he could not figure out the platform and asked 20 stupid questions and I could tell he wasn’t worth it.

If you're worried about a market correction, maybe it makes more sense to break up your inheritance and just invest a portion of it in a Vanguard index every month vs buying all at once (I don't think Vanguard charges commission for buying on their platform)?

apparently so hosts couldn't also use competitive platforms like say VRBO, etc. simultaneously... and with minimal initial scrutiny of members, is a double- edged sword.

Hi Everyone, I was recently made aware of an excellent resource that conducts third-party reviews of all types of investing company's, including online real estate investing companies and platforms. 

Such a great idea and platform you made.

Some people have trouble with tenantcloud because the platform isn’t that great (lots of glitches).

These are the normal county “court house steps” foreclosure auctions, they are just the online platform.
