How do you organize your property information/portfolio?
Is there a specific program or method you use to organize your properties? I work in healthcare and I'm thinking of our electronic medical record. When I pull up a patient, all information pertaining to that patient is in one area- including referrals, imaging, forms, etc. Is there an equivalent program for real estate? I am just getting started in real estate and having an efficient organization method is important to me. Thanks in advance!
