All of the meetings that I see about ADUs are sponsored by builders who want to sell their ADUs.Are there others who want to build their own or want to share their experiences about building ADUs / converting outbuilding / navigating codes in Portland that DO NOT involve hiring one of these tiny house start-up companies?

If you have more suggestions, please share because i am also looking to invest in that city.Looking forward for more thoughts on this.

However, it utilizes a private road easement which is shared with one other neighbor not counting the servient tenement.

One of my knocks on sites like BP is that it gives novice investors the illusion that they can DIY it and go up against an experienced Agent or seller without getting fleeced.

Hi @Steven Rago,If you just want someone to show it, hire a real estate agent to market it, you can probably find one on Zillow or other similar sites.
