If there high debt load, your options are pretty limited.

However, I would never want to be over leveraged and forced intro a recall cuz I loaded the whole credit line while the market tanked.

Some nurses travel together or are traveling couples which help them save money, for many is more about the opportunity of traveling and discovering than actually making huge loads of money.

if so, one would expect someone (likely the owner) to take whatever steps needed to minimize the risk of damages. or did the sewer repair company disconnect the sewer and you / your tenants / other occupants of the house started the dishwasher, ran a load of laundry, went to the bathroom, and took a shower?

You will need to do a very good job figuring out bearing loads so the basement can be done properly.
