Hi, this is interesting, finding a way to legitimize, justify and bring an aspect of fairness to an activity that is usually promoted in an unlawful manner.

From what I have read, you are in an area that is ripe for foreclosure activity.

I can only show it on the weekends and am trying to cut down on no shows by telling them to drive through the area first.

However, the house we are flipping got a LOT of activity at the first asking price.

All I have to say is he's commenting on everyones stuff and he himself has not actively invested in RE in almost 30 years.

More and more, with the multitude of new and active members, there are times when I just can't review all of the "recent" posts in one sitting.

There is no other "reason code" that lenders can use to characterize the activity of a defaulted mortgage.

I keep my appraisal and broker license active to fill in the gaps.
