Looking at the Final Judgement paperwork at the county website, all that is listed is things like delinquent HOA fees, interest on pas due payments etc.

I need a website, CRM with autoresponder, call center, contracts, scripts, direct mail service provider, list vendor....and there are services out there that offer this, but they are not cheap and I want to verify quality. 

I have not seen any Hong Kong developers on this site ... mainly folks on here are looking for buy and hold and 200 a month cash flow.I would look to other websites were you might find high rise developers.. not there may not be a few trolling this site but I would say that's a rare case..

These events will normally contain seasoned investors and would be more than happy to refer you to a CPA.

I can easily search company names in my state on the Florida Division of Corporations website and find out who created the entity, their address, the date they created, whether it is active or inactive, etc.

Steve, if you are selling them for 20k, what  "finance for 60 months in a 2018" are you referring to.

I was thinking about creating a website, but wanted to check to see if anyone had any other ways that work or if you have used a web site.
